  • 2 - 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Real Estate experience and/or Mortgage experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (Written + Verbal)
  • Negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Proactive and takes initiative and ownership problem solving
  • Contact potential customers over the phone/email/WhatsApp
  • Answer any questions about the products/services offered
  • Understand customer requirements and make proposals / recommendations accordingly
  • Qualify leads and direct them to the appropriate internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records of calls including useful information from the customers
  • Track and report on lead progress using the CRM system in place
  • Liaise with different internal stakeholders to improve the clients journey (CRM + Product)
  • Be the first point of contact for the B2C enquiries - calls, WhatsApp and Chat
