In this pivotal role, you will combine your sales acumen with design expertise to deliver unparalleled customer experiences. You will manage day-today sales activities, engage directly with clients, and ensure that every project meets the high standards of the client. Key Responsibilities: - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies that drive growth in the high-end market. Lead the sales team to achieve and exceed targets, focusing on luxury sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, and wardrobes. - Design Consultation & Management: Provide expert design consultation to clients, helping them choose the best products and solutions to match their needs. Ensure that design proposals align with the client?s vision and the brand?s luxury standards. - Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with highprofile clients, ensuring a seamless and personalized customer experience from the initial consultation through to project completion. - Project Oversight: Oversee the design and execution of projects, ensuring that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality. - Product Knowledge & Training: Stay updated with the latest trends in sanitary ware, kitchen solutions, and wardrobe designs. Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and design principles. - Multicultural Engagement: Work effectively in a multicultural environment, understanding the unique needs of a diverse client base in Dubai and beyond. - Sales Reporting & Analysis: Monitor sales performance, prepare detailed reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement in sales strategies and client engagement.
