We are seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our team as a Junior Sales Coordinator. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work in an international sales environment and grow within a dynamic organization.˙Responsibilities:- Assist in following up on day-to-day sales orders and collections.- Maintain meticulous records of sales transactions and customer communications.- Collaborate closely with the support teams to ensure timely delivery of orders and resolve any customer inquiries or issues.- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.- Coordinate with the finance department to track and reconcile sales payments.- Proactively follow up on leads and inquiries to maximize sales opportunities.- Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and expanding market reach.- Participate in International Trade Shows/Exhibitions and assist in maximizing sales leads.- Make sales calls to discuss sales opportunities, including blind calls.
