Job Description

We are seeking a proactive Sales Coordinator/ Customer Relationship Specialist with a background in the lighting industry to join our team at Hyundai Lighting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer relationships post-sale, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing support in the preparation of project tenders, material submittals, and datasheets. The role also includes assisting the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks to streamline the sales process and enhance service delivery.Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales quotations, processing sales orders, and maintaining proper documentation.
  • Liaise with logistics, finance, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
  • Update and manage customer records, sales data, and communication history using CRM/ERP systems.
  • Track open quotations and proactively follow up with clients to close sales.
  • Generate regular reports on sales performance and customer service for management review.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers after the sale, ensuring a seamless post-sale experience.
  • Manage service requests, warranty claims, and coordinate with technical teams for efficient resolutions.
  • Follow up with customers to provide updates on services, product replacements, and issue resolution.
  • Collect and document customer feedback to enhance service quality and support continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to promote loyalty and repeat business.
