Sales CoordinatorJob Location : UAEKey Responsibilities :•Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the DOSM, including preparation of correspondence, maintenance of appointments diary, and setting up effective filing systems.•Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and organizational goals, ensuring accurate sales records and timely information sharing.•Problem-Solving Skills: Address challenges in the sales process, such as delays, conflicts, or technical issues, by collaborating with team members to find solutions quickly and effectively.•Continuous Improvement: Continually enhance and improve the efficiency and organization of the department by designing and implementing administrative systems.•Communication: Ensure clear and professional communication with clients, sales teams, and other departments, while maintaining strict confidentiality on all matters related to IHG Properties and sales personnel.Requirements :•Education: High school diploma or 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.•Experience: 6 months experience in sales and marketing, guest services, front desk, or related professional area.•Skills and Qualifications: Strong written communication skills, active listening, coordination of schedules, meetings, and follow-ups, and proficiency in CRM software and office tools.
