Prepare comparative analysis report based on the quotations received from different manufacturers.
Maintains and updates the manufacturer?s list and initiate per-qualification activities with Clients.
Handling calls, emails, and messages of Clients, informing them of delays and scheduling delivery.
Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain records, prepare reports, and provide information to the Country Manager & Sales Director whenever asked.
Liaise with manufacturer and logistics department for product delivery and follow-ups.
Prepare reports and share with Sales Director & Country Manager whenever asked.
Respond to complaints from clients and give after-sales support when requested
