Bachelor Degree and 2+ years of Experience as Sales Coordinator
Processing all inquiries thru phone, email to discuss customer requirements, and responsible for accurate and timely issuance of quotations and Performa Invoices
Follow up on quotation and order status, includes interacting with the client and other department as needed to finalize the order
Working under the Supervision of Sales Manager and Provide supports and assistance in order to meet the target and company goal assigned by the management
Coordinating to the operation departments to make sure that the LPO received is booked on time as per the available materials
Highly focus on customer satisfaction, coordinating between Sales Operation, store and Customer, providing accurate delivery details to ensure that the materials will deliver on time
