Job Description

  • Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing and potential clients.
  • Making quotations and coordinate with the Sales Manager about the product.
  • Processing Sales Orders as per the instructions from the Internal Sales Manager.
  • Creating Proforma Invoice, Invoice etc.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to implement the customer first approach by providing a personalized and convenient sales pitch.
  • Tremendous enthusiasm to efficiently achieve sales goals under tight deadlines.
  • Answering phone calls - must have excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
