1. Coordinating between Sales and Marketing dept, Factory and distributors on generating PI, invoices, documents related to import and export permits.2. Coordinate with warehouse, logistic dept. for on time shipments and delivery3. Collect monthly sales and stock statements and consolidation for reports4. Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested5. Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports6. Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timeliness and payments follow up and processingInform clients of unforeseen delays or problems7. Close coordination and understanding of the marketing & sales materials, including utilization goals to ensure adequate inventory levels8.
