Job Purpose & Scope:Supports the sales department of the organization as per the identified areas of operations and helps in achieving departmental goals. Supports daily operations, compiles and generates reports, coordinates, communicates and corresponds with customer and manages the filing system.?Main Responsibilities:* Responding to customers inquiries coming from various channels by promptly sending written quotations* Answering telephonic inquiries and queries on products and prices* Coordinate with the delivery team on customers orders* Liaise with Principals on various* Generating daily reports (eg. Sales reports, inventory, service center sales report, dealer sales reports, etc?.)* Compile daily visit reports of sales executives and present to line manager* Assist in preparation of MIS and other reports* Generate and analyze various sales reports periodically* Maintain material master and other data base to facilitate customers queries* Collate data for preparing order sheet and assist in preparing orders* Preparation of purchase orders (local & overseas)* Coordinate and follow-up with vendors supply status* Maintaining Materials Master by regularly updating new products, prices, product segments, etc?* Maintaining computerized customer database* File and archive documents electronically and in hard copies* Assisting the Sales Executives through reports & journals* Executive support to the Sales Manager / branch manager* Conduct tel-sales using in-house database* Others as deemed necessary by the line manager or the management for the smooth functioning of the operations
