Job Description

Overview of the role:Are you passionate about automotive spare parts and accessories? We are seeking a dedicated Wholesale Parts Sales Representative to join our team. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving Spare Parts and Accessories sales to our wholesale Parts customers.ÿWhat you will do:

  • Manage and exceed Parts sales targets according to the strategic plan.
  • Develop Parts sales volumes within your designated area.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by assisting wholesale account customers in selecting the required Parts or Accessories in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Ensure accuracy in quotations, sales orders, and application of customer discounts or special prices as per standard operating procedures.
  • Proactively follow up on Parts back-orders to keep customers informed of status and ensure timely delivery.
  • Oversee Warehouse Management & Operations, meticulously verifying consignment accuracy with all related documentation before shipment.
  • Address customer complaints promptly, ensuring their concerns are resolved efficiently, and they receive value for their investment.
