At Blue Butterfly we are going to recruit for˙Hoorsam Medical Clinic.SummaryThe Hoorsam clinic will become to the top 10 skincare and aesthetics clinics in UAE and other GCC countries. our motto is ?discover the beauty within? and so to this we will establish our main and express branches in UAE, for the first step we will start our journey in JBR as an express branch in the next 2 months, so we are excited to recruit for a branch manager who responsible for leading and managing efficiently and effectively the operational and clinical support services of the facility by providing strategic and operational input and expertise, overseeing the development and delivery of the facilitys annual operating plan and contributing to the development and implementation of the facilitys strategy.Responsibilities

  • Executes specific departmental goals, standards, and objectives that directly support the strategic plan and vision of the organization
  • Actively supporting and participating in the review and implementation of facility frameworks, policies, and procedures
  • Plans and implements programs to meet targeted patient volumes
  • Oversees administrative and clinical functions of the unit, including operations, facilities, finances, and human resources
  • Works to improve the quality of our services continually
  • Manage day-to-day activity of assigned clinic, ensuring patient records are completed
  • Providing patient care is delivered in a timely and appropriate manner
  • Monitor external trends and best practices, developing strategies for emerging learning and development needs
  • Determine metrics of success and monitor the progress of solutions deployed
  • Managing the clinics budget, billing system, and inventory
  • Keeping medical professionals informed about healthcare administered at the clinic.
  • Periodic reporting to the general manager and board of directors
  • Managing internal and external communications, and answering queries about the clinic
  • P/L responsibility
