Job Description

Key Responsibilities:˙

  1. Initiate outbound calls to existing users of Icodejr for lead generation.˙
  2. Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls˙
  3. Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as follow up with reminder calls.˙
  4. Solicit feedback following the completion of a free class.˙
  5. Engage with school workshop participants to arrange free classes.˙
  6. Connect with competition attendees to schedule free classes.˙
  7. Enhance the conversion rate from sign-ups to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)˙
  8. Boost the completion rate from MQL to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).˙
  9. Respond to incoming calls on the iCodejr number.˙
  10. Work on daily chat messages to generate free class˙˙
  11. Reach out to users who have participated in coding quizzes actively and book their free class˙
  12. Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment˙
  13. Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the teams performance,˙
  14. Keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.˙
˙Job Requirements˙
  • At least 1 year of work experience in a Pre-sales/BD role.˙
  • Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.˙
  • Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.˙
  • Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.˙
  • Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.˙
  • Ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customers needs˙
  • Understand the Regional nuances of the designated market˙
  • Experience in cold calling˙
  • Understanding the Sales metrics and numbers˙
  • Capture Minutes and Meetings and update CRM Meticulously.˙
