Key Responsibilities:�

Initiate outbound calls to existing users of Icodejr for lead generation.�
Diligently communicating and priming the lead through channels like email, WhatsApp, SMS, calls�
Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads, as well as follow up with reminder calls.�
Solicit feedback following the completion of a free class.�
Engage with school workshop participants to arrange free classes.�
Connect with competition attendees to schedule free classes.�
Enhance the conversion rate from sign-ups to Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL)�
Boost the completion rate from MQL to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL).�
Respond to incoming calls on the iCodejr number.�
Work on daily chat messages to generate free class��
Reach out to users who have participated in coding quizzes actively and book their free class�
Achieving the weekly targets in a high-pressure performance-driven competitive environment�
Monitoring self-performance at all times while also contributing to the teams performance,�
Keeping track of factors like conversion factor, Average revenue generated per lead, average revenue per sale, etc.�

�Job Requirements�

At least 1 year of work experience in a Pre-sales/BD role.�
Clear, concise, and effective written and oral communication skills.�
Empathy towards customers and understanding their needs.�
Learning mindset and the right attitude that will help you thrive and adapt in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.�
Ability to multi-task and manage your tasks effectively.�
Ability to ask the right questions and qualify a customers needs�
Understand the Regional nuances of the designated market�
Experience in cold calling�
Understanding the Sales metrics and numbers�
Capture Minutes and Meetings and update CRM Meticulously.�
