? Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and customer service standards? Arrange and replenish on a continuous basis the shop shelves and ensure that the shop floor and shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times in alignment with the brands image and coordination standards? Provide exceptional customer service by performing up-selling, cross-selling, suggesting alternatives and following up on customers requests.? Maintain updated knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment & exchanges, and answer customers? questions regarding the store, its items and the promotions? Handle cash register and transactions with the customers in an effective and accurate manner as required? Help the customer to select items based on his/her needs and desires and try to convert his/her interests into sales? Handle customer complaints, resolve their issues as much as possible and enhance the customer experience? Ability to work under minimum supervision & work under pressure.? He/she should be target oriented & ability to reached the target with available resource.
