What you will be doing:
  1. Entering and editing data on the property portfolio in the internal CRM system.
  2. amoCRM administration: entering, monitoring, distributing information on leads, overdue tasks, data relevance.
  3. Administrative support: documentation, access, team coordination, support for newcomers, helping brokers with their questions.
  4. Updating information in Notion: entering and editing training articles.
  5. Working with property listings on Propertyfinder and Bayut, including communication with site managers.
  6. Publications in specialized closed groups
  7. Preparation of forms A&A and F, advertising permits, A contracts (experience with these forms is a big advantage)
  8. Preparation and publication of articles in Zen
  9. Control of utility payments
