Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our sales team. You will be a key contributor to our sales teams success.?Responsibilities

  • Assist Sales Manager and sales team in their tasks
  • Assist in creating sales material for sales preparation and success
  • Coordinate scheduling with clients and sales team members
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery
  • Handle sales team inquiries and issues
  • Writing memoranda, reports, letters, and other items
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information
  • Maintaining files
  • Maintain trusting relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues
  • Any other task given as needed
Qualifications
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
  • Proficient verbal and written English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
