Are you someone who has drive, a knack for accuracy and details, is organized, and want to be apart of a Legendary team that enables you to grow?Ahlan Holiday Homes is looking to hire a Sales and Reservations Executive for their Dubai Office.Main Responsibilites:Must be a familiar with online portals such as Airbnb, Booking.com, and propertyfiner.aeAvailable to answer company calls out of working hoursAnswer any questions guests have, and aid with reservations and paymentsCheck-in and Check-out all guest in DTCM system on time on a daily basis.Manage details of each reservationCommunicate clearly with guest for needs or further requirements (extension of stay)Checking all types of reservations on a daily basis.Follow-up with guests after checking inSend out thank you emails and surveys to guests after their stayCalling and confirming all guest prior to their checkin arrival time. Confirm and organize if any special requestConfirm all guest departure date and time before arrivalDeliver Legendary customer service to all our clients and guestsArranging with the housekeeping team cleaning services/request, a day ahead/when requiredHandle any Maintenance issues in property and coordinate with maintenance teamChecking apartments on day-to-day basis as per the arrivals to make sure all apartments are clean and 100% in workingEnthusiastic to meet Monthly targetsOther Functions:Modify guest profiles of guests who have checked in and ensure followed procedure according to Ahlan Holiday Homes SOPsEnsure and inspect VIP guest properties and inform Housekeeping/Maintenance of any requirementMust have worked with or familiar with Holiday Home Booking portal
