Job Description

We are seeking a Sales and Operations Supervisor to lead the charge in driving growth and scaling operations across the UAE. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in the tire industry and a proven track record of achieving sales growth and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Growth: Develop and implement competitive pricing strategies to maximize market share, profitability, and long-term success.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain robust supplier partnerships to ensure consistent product availability.
  • Website Optimization: Collaborate with tech and UX teams to enhance website features and user experience, driving improved conversion rates.
  • Promotions and Merchandising: Lead cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize offers, deals, and merchandising activities.
  • Performance Marketing: Work closely with the digital marketing team to scale revenue by:
  • Increasing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Driving quality traffic to the website.
  • Reducing cost per acquisition.
  • SEO and Organic Growth: Partner with the marketing team to boost organic traffic and revenue through effective SEO strategies.
  • Operational Efficiency: Optimize workflows for Mobile Van and Service Center operations, ensuring seamless service delivery and enhanced efficiency.
