Job Description

We are a new company seeking an experienced Sales and Operations Manager to manage day-to-day operations and create a full-fledged sales strategy for the Dubai market.What you will do

  • Manage Housekeeping staff ensuring daily scheduling is accurate and updated.
  • Monitors the HR tasks of the company
  • Expedites customer complaints as quickly as possible and notifies management of any issues to ensure customer and employee satisfaction
  • Works harmoniously and professionally with housekeeping attendants and fosters strong relationships with them
  • Create and execute a full-fledged marketing campaign. Must have excellent skills with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
