Synergy & Prosperity is a dynamic and fast-growing group with two lines of business, building materials and pet accessories. We are expanding our footprint across the Middle East and are looking for a passionate, young professional to join our team and grow with us as a Marketing & Channel Sales Manager. For this position, we are offering AED 6~7k monthly+bonuses.Your key responsibilities include:- Initiate effective e commerce, digital marketing and social media strategy to increase brand visibility for both building materials and pet supplies.- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, , Facebook). Plan and supervise advertising, merchandising and trade promotion programs in the local and regional markets.- Identify and approach potential distributors/agents in the Middle East for both business lines.- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies.- Prepare action plans to improve projects and merchandise management.Our expectations for this position include:- Self-motivated & Energetic: 2-4 years of experience in marketing.- No Industry Experience Required: We value learning ability and a growth mindset over specific industry knowledge.- Marketing Skills: Familiarity with social media, marketing tools and other relevant computer applications.
