Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager - Chinese SpeakerLocation: Dubai, UAEDepartment: Sales & MarketingReports To: General ManagerJob Summary:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts at our prestigious car dealership in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the automotive industry, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of both sales and marketing strategies. This role requires someone who can drive sales growth, develop marketing campaigns, and enhance the dealerships brand presence while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Management:
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Expert at setting the sales plan and strategy.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and implement strategies to improve results.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including corporate clients and individual buyers.
  • Oversee customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
  • Develop and execute sales promotions, events, and campaigns to drive vehicle sales.
  1. Marketing Strategy & Campaigns:
  • Plan, implement, and evaluate integrated marketing strategies to promote the dealership and its offerings.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (social media, email, SEO, SEM, etc.).
  • Create content for marketing materials, including brochures, website, advertisements, and social media.
  • Organize and manage events such as product launches, test drive events, and dealership promotions.
  • Collaborate with external marketing agencies and vendors to ensure effective brand communication.
  1. Branding & Market Positioning:
  • Strengthen the dealership?s brand presence in the local and regional market.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to continuously refine marketing strategies.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Enhance customer engagement through personalized marketing approaches and loyalty programs.
  1. Budgeting & Reporting:
  • Develop and manage the sales and marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, marketing activities, and ROI.
  • Analyse key performance indicators and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  1. Team Development:
  • Hire, train, and manage the sales and marketing team to ensure they have the necessary skills and motivation to succeed.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Foster a collaborative and results-driven environment.
