This position involves overseeing a team of sales professionals, coordinating marketing campaigns and ensuring effective collaboration between sales and marketing efforts.Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales executives, providing guidance, coaching and support.
  3. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop comprehensive marketing plans that align with sales objectives.
  4. Maintain and enhance the brands image and reputation in the real estate market.
  5. Implement lead generation strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
  6. Build and maintain strong with key clients, investors and partners.
  7. Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, utilizing online platforms, social media and email marketing.
