Job descriptionKey ResponsibilitiesMarket Intelligence:ú Identify and prospect potential clients in various industries for audit and related services.ú Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor sales strategies accordingly.ú Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.ú Generate leads through various channels, including networking events and online platforms.ú Stay informed about industry trends, new laws, competitor activities, and market developments.ú Provide insights and recommendations to improve the firms competitiveness.Client Relationship Managementú Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.ú Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure client satisfaction and encourage repeat business.ú Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to potential clients.ú Work closely with the auditing team to customize proposals based on client needs.ú Effectively communicate the value proposition and competitive advantages of the firms services.ú Negotiate contract terms and conditions to secure profitable deals.ú Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.Team Player / Achieve Targetsú Close sales and achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.ú Provide regular reports to the leadership team.Qualifications:ú Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or Accounting field.ú Three years of proven experience in sales in Dubai, preferably in the accounts and auditing company.ú Strong negotiation and persuasion abilitiesú Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.ú Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.ú A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt in a rapidly changing environment.ú Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects and deadlines.ú Knowledge of auditing services and industry-specific requirements is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month + commission to be discuss upon interviewExperience:?Sales / Marketing: 3 years (Preferred)
