Develop a growth strategy/sales pipeline focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and potential clients
Initiate meetings with new potential clients through cold calls
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Constant follow-up with clients for agreement closure, payments and way-forwards
Promote the companys services addressing or predicting clients objectives
Prepare sales contracts on basis of client?s final requirement and scope of work
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
