1. Line Management function reporting to Head Operations (U.P.). Responsible and accountable for effective functioning of all business and technical operations of the solar power plants in the cluster(s) allocated to him. Typical plant functions will include the following:a. Minigrid Sales, New Connections& retain old connectionsb. Documentation (CAF, ID proof etc.) of Customers (To check& submit to Regional Office)c. Cash Collection, Remittanced. Operations and Maintenance (Minigrid, Plant, Telecom Connectivity & Uptime)e. Security of plants and minigrid assets and safety of personnel & customers2. Visit the plants on a regular schedule and ensure compliance with the company processes & procedures3. Responsible for overall plant profitability and effective DG run of the plants in the cluster(s)4. Recruit, train, manage and monitor the performance of cluster business heads and all plant personnel in the cluster(s)5. Ensure effective discipline and adherence to company policies, code of conduct and HR manual by all reporting personnel6. Collate and maintain reports/MIS of all cluster(s) for reporting to the management.7.Candidate should have own means of transportation8.Knowledge/ work experience in Renewables/Solar sector is a big plus
