To receive and process new account enquiries, opening accounts and issuing conclusive correspondence to customer
Provide existing customers with accurate price lists and information on our brands and products
Market research; Identify prospective retailers, distributors across the Middle-East and alternative sales opportunities
Managing the customer on-boarding process
Proactively manage business administration
Follow up on sales and logistics processes until order conclusion
Generate and maintain purchase records, operational records
Handle relationships with accounts ensuring that all items are invoiced and paid on time?
Organise pro-forma and order invoices as required?
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports?
Develop and maintain a digital filing system?
Maintain contact lists?
Proficiency with a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel, etc., to produce correspondence and documents and maintain presentations, records, spreadsheets
Exceptional customer service with a proactive attitude
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
