Job descriptionAbout the jobWe are looking for a Real Estate Advisor.If you are in UAE, particularly in Dubai.ONLY COMMISSION BASISResponsibilities- Managing the entire transaction process of a property purchase or sale.- Maintaining strong knowledge of the real estate market and being able to provide expert advice to their clients.- Determining clients needs and financials abilities to propose solutions that suit them.- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing.- Performing comparative market analysis to estimate properties value.- Promoting sales through social media.- Networking and building relationship with potential clients.Qualifications-Excellent communication in ENGLISH and French is a MUST (Writing, reading, and speaking).
