Job Description

Optifashion is looking for a skilled?Sales Administrator?who will be supporting our B2B sales in a well-organised, efficient, and customer-oriented manner. This is a full-time role in the companys Head Office.Responsibilities:

  • Support sales operations by processing sales and purchase orders in the Odoo system;
  • Issue sales invoices to customers in a timely and customer-oriented manner;
  • Enter Item Master data provided by suppliers to the system;
  • Effectively communicate and cooperate with customers, suppliers, and other Companys departments to ensure smooth sales/purchase transactions;
  • Maintain and update sales records;
  • Provide information about inventory, prices, sales transactions to the management;
  • Assist the Sales department with administrative tasks when required.
