Job Description

  • To work in sales role maintaining existing accounts and manage key accounts
  • Will be responsible for increase in sales from existing accounts
  • Will act as point of contact for clients
  • Organize and attend regular client meetings?to discuss customer requirements
  • Ability to resolve problems and handle customer satisfaction
  • To work in sales role developing new accounts ( customers)
  • Identify new potential customers
  • Will be responsible for sales from new customers
  • Proactively address clients need & facilitate sales process from beginning to end
  • Client satisfaction to be kept at high standard?
  • Should be capable of expanding team?
  • Capable of learning?& implementing new technologies?
  • Stay up-to date with new features and product updates
  • Monitor and report on sales performance analytics
  • Capabilities on implementing innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience
