  • Enhance the effectiveness of current distribution partners service levels by guiding associated Arabic communication strategies
  • Utilize all of the key company sales, marketing and technical resources as a means to establish the best overall brand experience for all stake holders; internal, external, B2B and B2C
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis, as a means to drive existing business partners focus and to identify new channel opportunities for the company to target directly
  • Communicate with all inbound end user and distribution enquiries (English and Arabic) via digital tools (e.g. ZenDesk and other relevant social media channels)
  • Provide Arabic proof-reading support for existing marketing collateral developed by the marketing team
