Our client is a global automotive˙company,˙and we are looking to hire˙Sales and Marketing Assistant ? Power ProductsJob Responsibilities˙1) Understand Business Flow including order cycle, receiving orders from distributors / updating shipment and arrival of the units / stock management, and processing the entire flow in conjunction with Sales Team.2) Create Sales Reports for Management.3) Maintain Sales Database on a regular basis and understand Sales Plan.4) Update Shipment Results & Forecast and communicate with Management and Distributors.˙5) Prepare Industry Market Database and provide market analysis to concerned teams within the organization.6) Liaise with distributors to align Sales & Orders in line with company requirements in achieving Monthly / Annual Targets.7) Consolidating Orders and sharing with Distributors and Honda factories.8) Update Final Orders / Shipment / Sales & Stock Result and Forecast in relevant excel sheet and share with Management.
