Primary focus of this role is to prepare quotations based on customer specification or requirements, provide customer support (e.g. technical, order assistance, post sales assistance), to have complete account knowledge and to increase customer satisfaction.˙To develop trust with customers to be the first contact point when they need assistance.To formulate competitive quotations, considering best available product and appropriate technical and commercial considerations for each individual situation.To provide daily support to customers with prices and availability, technical support, order management and post-sales support.To provide excellent service and representation to customers through accurate order management, call and meeting handling with professional communications.To ensure accuracy of documentation including quotation entry, order entry, shipping, invoicing and finance systemsTo ensure the resolution of customer issues (e.g. order, technical, payment) by coordinating with various teams.To be available to travel worldwide.To provide market feedback and information to Sales team and Management.To support Sales team planning and implementing sales strategies to maximize market share.To prepare and analyse regular statistics.
