Safety ProfessionalJob Location : Dubai, UAEKey Responsibilities :•Maintenance of a Safe Work Environment: Monitor construction activities to identify potential hazards and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.•Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Perform regular safety inspections of the construction site, evaluate work processes and equipment to identify potential safety risks, and ensure all risks are minimized.•Safety Policy Development and Enforcement: Develop and enforce safety policies and programs tailored to the construction site, including training and awareness programs for workers.•Incident Investigation and Reporting: Investigate incidents, accidents, or near misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.Skills and Qualifications :•Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal Regulations: Familiarity with local, state, and federal safety regulations, including OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration).•Certification in Occupational Safety: Certification in occupational safety, such as NEBOSH or IOSH.•Experience in Construction Safety: Experience in construction safety, risk assessment, and accident investigation.•Strong Communication and Leadership Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills to promote a proactive safety culture and foster a culture of safety awareness and responsibility.
