Safety EngineerEligibility:?Bachelor?s degree with relevant engineering field.?Nebosh certification is mandatory.?4?5 years of experience in safety management for 33kV power cable and 33/11kV package station projects in the UAE.?ADDC/FEWA/AADC approval is required.?Strong understanding of ADDC Standards and Requirements.?Excellent communication and leadership skills.?Proven ability to conduct thorough HSE assessments and risk analyses.?Experience in incident investigation and root cause analysis.?Proficient in developing and implementing HSE plans.?Ability to design and deliver effective HSE training programs.?Familiarity with industry advancements, regulations, and best practices in HSE management.?The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with a strong commitment to safety, capable of effectively leading and guiding the HSE team to ensure project safety and compliance throughout all phases of the project lifecycle.??
