Safety EngineerJob Location : UAEJob Description :Develops, maintains and updates the Company s safety statistics.Develops, maintains and updates inspection of all Company lifting equipment and slings (in house and third party) and firefighting equipment program.Develops, maintains and updates program for the inspection of all subcontractor safety procedures and equipment.Develops, maintains and updates Company emergency and fire drill program on all project sites.Develops, maintains and manages Company monthly Safety Award System.Identifies and arranges proper safety training for staff and non-staff.Develops, maintains and updates Company Safety Manual and safety induction.Complies project Safety Plan in accordance with the conditions of contract and interfaces with the consultant/ client to obtain approval and ensures implantation by all personnel on-site including subcontractors and third parties.Keeps abreast of local rules and regulations related to HSE.Carries our out regular and random site and camp safety and housekeeping inspections.Carries out regular and random housekeeping inspections to site and camps for safety.Approves the selection of PPE and safety equipment.Investigates site accidents and analyzes causes so as to provide management with a report including corrective and preventive actions measures to be taken.Relays site injury incidents to Personnel to meet procedural requirements.
