To work closely with Reservations to assure and maximize occupancy rate and revenue and they are also in charge of providing all necessary forecasts.
Oversee and manage all operations and matters related to Rooms Division
Train and evaluate all Rooms division personnel
Ensure that pricing policy and internal audit procedures are duly applied
Co-ordinate with sales and reservations to maximizing revenue
To supervise, recommend improvements and changes to the operation of the Rooms Division.
