Job Description

Click Coffee is a smart and robotic coffee shop that can professionally serve coffee without human involvement. The coffee shop operates autonomously but requires replenishment of consumables and maintenance.˙We are looking for active and responsible people to provide comprehensive service for the robotic coffee shop.Responsibilities:Service Function:

  • Perform coffee shop servicing according to an approved checklist;
  • Maintain cleanliness of the robotic coffee shops.
Workshop Staff Function:
  • Daily preparation of raw materials (coffee, milk, cups, syrups, etc.);
  • Receive deliveries from suppliers, check the quality of incoming raw materials;
  • Work with invoices;
  • Perform a checklist of works (a minimum set of necessary actions);
  • Keep the packaging area clean and tidy;
  • Manage inventory control.
Support and Monitoring Function:
  • Monitor the operation of robotic coffee shops;
  • Provide support and assistance to customers in interacting with the robotic coffee shops;
  • Perform a checklist of works (a minimum set of necessary actions).
