Job Description

As Road Freight Controller, you will form an integral part of our Operations team and enabling a streamlined follow up on stock and transit position.Key responsibilities:

  • Monitor road transport operations in the African region, from origin to destination.
  • Ensure pre-alerts and loading orders are sent /received on time for each new job.
  • Fleet control and status follow up to report possible issues during the transit.
  • Observe possible issues during the transit and report any incidents.
  • Closely communicate with designated Point of contact to guarantee a smooth operation to meet the KPIs.
