Job Description
Operating hydraulic, mechanical or pneumatic straightening machine to straighten rims and wheels to required accuracy
Setting metal on machine bed, locating bent portion of the metal, manipulating hand wheel of the machine, adjusting the stroke of ram to required pressure, etc.
Locating the bent portion of the metal to be straightened
Starting the machine and manipulating the wheel to lower or raise moving ram of the machine over the metal
Adjusting the stroke of ram to required pressure and changing the position of the metal as required
