Job Description

Job overviewRewards & Analytics Manager will be responsible to ensure that the pay and benefits that are offered correctly reflects the business brand and market positioning. The incumbent will be responsible with the implementation of rewards, analytics and performance management process in the firm.Job ResponsibilitiesMaintaining the cost of workforce as against the total cost of the company and designing the incentives, benchmarking the rewards by providing the data in line with the market.

  • Assisting in the compensation benchmarking exercise
  • Ensuring that the compensation offered to the candidates is competitive and is in line with the market and internal budgets
  • Assisting in designing the incentives, benchmarking the same by providing the data in line with the market
  • Assisting with the HC reporting, budgeting & forecasting including attrition & hiring trendsResearch benefits and salary information from competitors and benchmark our offerings
  • Perform job analysis and participates in the C&B surveys
  • Benefits are monitored according to the law
  • Research benefits and salary information from competitors and benchmark our offerings
