Job Role: Retail Store Incharge.Experience required : 3 plus years of experience as Store Incharge in Supermarket / Hypermarket.Salary : AED 3000 to AED 3500Job Responsibility:1.Monitor daily store sales and work closely with merchandisers to improve sales.2.Update daily sales figure to the Higher management and forward with action plan if any.3.Promotions/offers display as per given plan.4.Communicate effectively with customers and retail merchandisers.5.Create purchase order in time and follow-up with Purchase team to ensure Store has adequate stocks for sales,6.Coordinate with Receiver & Suppliers for replacement of near expiry/ Damaged goods7.Monitoring & reducing stock shortages (difference in system & physical stock), expiry and damages etc.9.Address customer complaints and ensures good customer relations are maintained.10.Ensure walkways are clean and tidy.
