Job Description

A well-known international luxury retail department store is urgently looking for a Store Manager for their Outlet store in Dubai.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Plan, implement and monitor the overall outlet store strategy
  • Set goals and objectives for stores
  • Set up and monitor store KPIs managed huge team in operations
  • Strong outlet commercial process (ocular inspection of the site, store layout, fit-outs, setting up plan in contacting suppliers, coordinating with different departments - HR for recruiting, marketing, procurement / warehouse to purchasing, pricing, store display etc.)
  • Knowledgeable on outlet commercials (discount, prices, deals, budget quotations)
  • Bring in new brands, directly deals with suppliers
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement
  • Create reports for upper manager
RequirementsTo be considered for this role:
  • Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience managing an outlet store / working as Area Sales Manager /Area Manager / Department Manager/ Boutique Manager
  • Key requirement must be coming from outlet background in fashion or must have worked in outlet
  • Male or female preferably English and Arabic / Russian speakers
  • Knowledgeable of UAE Market
  • Strong commercial awareness and acquiring a good network - desirable
  • Ability to implement successful marketing strategies such as SWOT analysis, etc.
  • Bachelors degree is desirable but not a must
Competitive salary to be offered along with incentives based on target achievements. Working hours are 9 hours per day with 1 hour lunch break, 6 days a week.
