Job Description

A leading retailer with stores across Dubai is seeking an experienced Sales Supervisor to join our management team.In this role, you will oversee the day-to-day sales operations within an assigned store to drive growth and operational excellence.Responsibilities:

  • Managing a team of sales associates and providing coaching to maximize individual and team performance
  • Monitoring store metrics including sales, conversion, payroll costs, and inventory accuracy
  • Assisting the Store Manager with scheduling, hiring, and training new associates
  • Supporting visual merchandising initiatives and maintaining product placement compliance
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues quickly and effectively
  • Partnering with the management team to identify and execute sales-driving initiatives
Requirements:
  • 3+ years retail supervisory experience
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Detail oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Flexibility to work a varied schedule including weekends and holidays
  • Knowledge of retail systems and technology platforms
