Job Description

We are a mobile phone accessories company based in Dubai and we are looking for a sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and demonstrated experience in managing a sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with clientsResponsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing a sales plan that aligns with the companys overall strategy and goals
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Managing the sales budget and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare e-commerce sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service
