Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, organized,?creative and presentable?individual who can?build effective customer relationships and?do the sales. As a sales representative , you will be mainly?responsible for providing and maintaining a seamless customer experience .?????SalesThe?successful?candidate will:

  • Greet and direct customers in a welcoming manner
  • Pack purchased customer goods as?per brand guidelines, wrapping items appropriately.
  • Ensure awareness and understanding of product range and promotion details (if any).??
  • Identify customer needs and demonstrate in depth product knowledge, such as the material,sizes, uses and care instructions.??????
  • Stay up to date with new products available.??????????????????
  • Operate the cash register, receive payment in all authorized modes and issue receipts/bills against purchases. at the end of the day, count money, seperate change slips, vouchers, balance cash drawers and make deposits.??
StandardsThe successful?candidate will:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the customers at all times.???????? ?Maintain adequate stock level of goods and packaging materials.????????
  • ?Ensure all items are damage free with original condition before handing over to customers.????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
  • Prepare the sales kiosk for daily sales.
  • Be aware of and monitor potential risks, any issues or concerns and deal with them in a timely manner, effectively.
