You will combine your passion for luxury jewellery with your expertise in business development, sales, and marketing strategies to build long-term customer relationships, foster brand awareness, and contribute to the growth of the brand in the retail space.Key Responsibilities:Retail Sales & Customer Service:- Provide personalized, exceptional customer service to our high-net-worth clients, ensuring a memorable and luxurious shopping experience.- Assist clients in selecting the perfect jewellery pieces, offering expert knowledge on products, materials, and design.- Maintain in-depth product knowledge, staying informed about new collections, industry trends, and competitor offerings.- Achieve and exceed sales targets, maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.- Handle transactions, returns, and exchanges in a professional and efficient manner.- Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing retail environment, ensuring product displays are consistently updated.Business Development:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the brands presence and customer base, both in-store and online.- Cultivate relationships with VIP clients, influencers, and local businesses to promote brand partnerships and collaborations.- Proactively reach out to potential clients and create personalized marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and sales.- Participate in events, trunk shows, and special sales promotions to increase brand visibility and customer engagement.Marketing & Brand Promotion:- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement strategic campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.- Assist in managing social media content, both in-store and online, ensuring brand consistency and appealing aesthetics.- Provide insights and feedback from clients to help shape marketing strategies and product offerings.- Monitor local market trends and competitor activities, providing recommendations to enhance the brand?s positioning.
