Job Description

A new Diamond Jewelry store requires a well-experienced in-store sales associate.Location: Silicon Central Mall - Dubai Silicon OasisRoles & Responsibilities:

  • You will actively monitor and maintain the presentation and organization of the retail floor, ensuring that jewelry displays are attractive, well-stocked, and properly labeled to drive customer interest and sales.
  • In the role of a Retail Sales Associate, youll interact with customers in a friendly and approachable way, addressing their queries, preferences, and buying decisions to craft a positive shopping experience.
  • Effectively and accurately process point-of-sale transactions, upholding store policies and procedures with utmost adherence, managing cash / credit card exchanges, and overseeing the daily reconciliation and reporting of sales transactions.
  • Team up with the sales unit to out predefined sales targets, taking proactive measures to upsell and cross-sell products, present suitable choices, and furnish product know-how aligned with customer requisites.
