Job Description

A leading retailer with stores across Dubai is seeking energetic and customer-focused sales associates to join our growing team.In this role, you will assist customers, answer product questions, ring up sales, stock shelves, and keep the store looking its best.Responsibilities:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers with their shopping needs
  • Processing purchases at the cash register and handling various payment types
  • Unpacking stock and restocking shelves with new merchandise
  • Assisting with floor sets, visual presentations, and window displays
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and organization
  • Supporting the store management team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
  • 1+ years retail experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience
  • Ability to stand for extended periods of time
  • Flexibility to work various shifts and weekends as needed
  • Detail oriented with strong organization skills
