Job Description

Retail Sales Associate ? A Leading Retail Group in UAE is looking for Retail Sales Associates for its premium and luxury retail outlets / showrooms in Dubai & Abu Dhabi. The Sales Associates will be responsible for retail sales, merchandise the products and build our brands by providing excellent customer service at the retail outlets / showrooms.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers, responding to their enquiries / questions, improving engagement with merchandise, and providing outstanding customer service
  • Present the product and services to generate sales through enquiries and to walk in customers at the retail stores
  • Proactively promote and sell the brands and products
  • Up-sell & Cross-sell baby care, childcare & mother care products / brands at the retail stores
  • Follow up over phone and email after enquiries are generated at the stores
  • Ensure that the sales targets are met (daily / weekly / monthly)
  • Contribute to the development of commercial intelligence through walk in or visitors? information
  • Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers in the outlets
  • Maintain required records, prepare & submit DSR, provide feedback and serve as the direct point of interaction between customers and other stakeholders
  • Ensure that the shop is always well maintained and represents the company?s image
