Black & Grey HR is recruiting for an International Luxury Retail brand. Our client is looking to hirea results driven Retail Operations Coach to be responsible for taking care of various retail operations, including customer service, profitability, staff efficiency, training and development.<br /><br />- Greet customers and serve them efficiently and courteously arriving at the store.<br />- Ensure the delivery of highest standards of customer service at all points of the shopping experience.- Assigns specific duties to the sales staff<br />- Manage and control store expenses and shortages.<br />- Responsible for preparing shift schedules, and control vacations<br />- Maintain record of inventory levels and order merchandise as required<br />- Ensure proper stock replenishment<br />- Motivate the team and provide necessary support for training and development, in order to optimize sales results<br /><br />Requirements- 3+ years of proven successful experience as a retail operations executive.<br />- Team Player<br />- Commercial Understanding<br />- Planning and organization skills<br />- Good communication skills<br />- Candidates with prior hospitality industry are also eligible<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br />
